“Anticipation is high right now for this project,” said Anselm Fusco, managing director at Holland Partner Group. “Given its prime location, the completion of Block 10 will send a clear signal that Vancouver is open for business. We look forward to Block 10 being the next big hub for shopping, working and gathering in the City of Vancouver.”

New Block 10 building will open soon at 801 Columbia St., offering two six-story towers containing apartments and office space for downtown Vancouver. Ground-floor retail space will also allow restaurants and shops to contribute to downtown’s scene.
